Telangana BJP MLA T. Raja Singh, infamous for his communally charged rhetoric, resigned from the primary membership of the party on Monday. It is said that the Goshamahal MLA is unhappy about the likely appointment of senior leader Ramchander Rao as the BJP state unit chief. Telangana MLA T Raja Singh announced plans to quit politics after his current term, citing internal leadership "mistakes" for his BJP resignation. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) central leadership accepted the resignation of three time Goshamahal MLA T. Raja Singh from the party , as per an announcement made on Friday (July 11, 2025). BJP MLA from Goshamahal, T Raja Singh, resigned from the party amid a leadership tussle in Telangana. He said he remains committed to Hindutva and serving the people of Goshamahal. He appealed to PM Modi and senior BJP leaders to reconsider the state leadership.
