Since it is under 350cc, it qualifies for the 18% GST slab from September 22, 2025 onwards. Before this change, the GST rate was 28%, which made the bike more expensive. With the reduction, Royal Enfield has confirmed that it will pass on the full benefit to customers. This will make Royal Enfield ’s core models such as the Hunter, Classic , Meteor, Goan Classic , and Bullet more affordable. These bikes account for nearly 87 per cent of the company’s total sales as of August 2025. The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is now more affordable than ever thanks to the GST rate cut from 28% to 18% . Buyers can expect savings of around ₹15,000–₹20,000 on ex-showroom and on-road costs in 2025.
