Every Complaint Centre shall, immediately on receipt of a complaint from a consumer, register such complaint and allot a unique number to be called the docket number. You can check the status of your complaints in MyJio App. Just open MyJio App and tap on JioCare section in the bottom navigation bar of MyJio home page. Select the Track Service Request option in ‘Get Quick support’ section to view the details. Answer : A complaint may be made against Jio under the following circumstances: 1 : Loss or damage is caused to the consumer due to unfair or restrictive trade practice. Complaints can be lodged at the Complaint Centre of the respective Service Providers.
