The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has reintroduced GRAP - 4 (Graded Response Action Plan - Stage 4 ), the strictest anti-pollution measures in Delhi, after the air quality in the national capital breached the 400 mark again. CAQM had earlier imposed GRAP -3 restrictions on Monday citing "highly unfavourable meteorological conditions, including calm winds and very low mixing height".
