In an important judgment affecting law school admissions via CLAT this year, the Delhi High Court ordered the Consortium of National Law Universities to revise the CLAT 2025 results and merit list within 4 weeks. All CLAT 2025 UG result-related cases pending before different High Courts (including Delhi, Rajasthan, and Punjab & Haryana) must be transferred to Delhi High Court. Deadline for Transfer: Each High Court’s Registrar must send case records to the Delhi High Court within seven days. In December 2024, a single judge of the Delhi High Court found that two answers of the CLAT-UG 2025 exam were wrong and asked the Consortium to revise the results of the petitioners.
