Hi people, I decided to test my AMH last month with the at home Randox test after a recent miscarriage. It came back as 32.4 which I was super happy... It might be worth speaking to the GP if it's causing you this much worry -- they can test other things like FSH levels and so on. And I'm not sure I trust the at-home AMH tests! I had my FSH, LH and oestrogen levels tested at GP - all normal, FSH was 4.4, LH was 4.9 and oestrogen was 363 No expert but I can't see how AMH levels would necessarily be affected by a pregnancy/miscarriage. Different if you were testing your hormones. But probably best to wait until you've had a negative pregnancy test and had a normal period, if you haven't already. I'd be a bit concerned personally if you're still getting positive tests 6 weeks after an early miscarriage, if I were you I'd contact the GP or early pregnancy unit to check there aren't any retained products.
