Tina Dabi is a 2016 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Rajasthan cadre. She made history by becoming the first Scheduled Caste (SC) woman to secure All India Rank 1 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2015. Dabi was born on 9 November 1993 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, [2] her family moved to Delhi in 2005.
