Revenue Land Information System ReLIS is a web application devised by Revenue department for enabling online integration with Registration and Survey departments thereby creating an electronically enabled backbone for the effective management of land records in the state. The project was initiated in 2011 and it was revamped in 2015 in order for better integration with all the stakeholder departments. This portal is created by Settlement Commissioner, Maharashtra as authorised under law to provide digitally signed Record of Rights for Lands in the state of Maharashtra . Any unauthorised duplication or misuse of the data or selling the data without permission will be prosecuted. This is a State Goverment Portal of Karnataka, developed with an objective to enable access to information and services being provided by the Bhoomi Monitoring Cell (BMC), Revenue Department , Government of Karnataka.
