Neeraj Pepsu’s death unfolded early on a Saturday morning, shocking both his local community in Fatehpur Beri and his online followers. After ingesting sulphas tablets, he began vomiting and was taken to a private hospital, where he later died. Despite being rushed to a private hospital in South Delhi, his condition deteriorated rapidly. Doctors were unable to save him, and he was declared dead shortly after. The cause of death was confirmed as poisoning due to sulphas ingestion. A post-mortem conducted at AIIMS verified this.
