NAKSHA programme is being launched at all the 152 pilot ULBs across 26 States & 3 UTs on 18th February, 2025 Bhu-Naksha is a tool for authorized officials of states/UTs to manage parcel maps of land records electronically. It allows editing, preserving and accessing the maps, and generating MIS reports based on them. NAKSHA (NAtional geospatial Knowledge-based land Survey of urban HAbitations) is a pioneering one-year pilot programme launched by the Department of Land Resources (DoLR) under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP).
