Set against the backdrop of Tamil Nadu, Madharasi follows Raghu, a car showroom employee secretly battling a rare psychological disorder that makes him believe strangers are his lost relatives. Principal photography took place from February 2024 to May 2025 across locations including Chennai and Pondicherry. The film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography handled by Sudeep Elamon and editing by A. Sreekar Prasad. Madharasi different it has raw and intense action. I went in with zero expectations. Honestly, I don't usually watch Sivakarthikeyan's movies in theaters, but this one left a strong impact. Whether you like it or not, one thing is certain I'm definitely going to watch SK's next film in theaters.
