The project is being executed in Bihar by Department of Information Technology (DIT), Govt. of Bihar through ServicePlus, a configurable e-Service delivery and grievance redressal software framework of National Informatics Centre (NIC), Govt. of India. Developed as part of Panchayat Enterprise Suite (PES) under epanchayat Mission Mode Project (MMP). ServicePlus meta-data based e-Service delivery framework which is built on LowCode–NoCode (LCNC) architecture for delivering electronic-services to citizens. Service Plus is an online platform for efficient public service delivery and grievance redressal in Bihar, managed by the Department of Information Technology. RTPS Bihar Service Plus एक ऑनलाइन सरकारी पोर्टल है जो बिहार के नागरिकों को विभिन्न सरकारी सेवाएँ प्रदान करता है। पोर्टल लोक सेवाओं का अधिकार एवं अन्य सेवाओं (Right to Public Service) के लिए बिहार सरकार द्वारा Service Plus Bihar Online Portal को विकसित किया गया है।.
